If you are already a seasoned tax preparer, we invite you to take the Tax Knowledge Assessment test and possibly "test out" of the tax course.

Tax Office Seasonal Positions

Office Leader — Office leaders are responsible for the overall operation and results of H&R Block retail tax offices. That includes daily supervision and coaching of office associates. If you have the enthusiasm it takes to develop and motivate people, leading a tax office could be the right opportunity for you.

Tax Professional — Tax professionals at H&R Block have the ability to establish relationships with clients who will return for your assistance on a yearly basis. We offer tax courses to assist you with the skills you need to become a tax professional. If you are an experienced tax professional, there are abundant opportunities for you to further advance your tax knowledge by taking certification courses to help you meet the complex needs of your clients.

Client Services — The Client Services organization is comprised of a variety of positions in which you can interact with our clients, by phone or in person, and provide support to our tax professionals to ensure a positive experience in our tax offices.

Administrative Services — The coordination of our tax school enrollment is an important role for Administrative Services. If you have a knack for organization, and an interest in talking with potential tax professionals, this is an ideal group for you.

Training — The Training organization is responsible for producing H&R Block tax professionals, the top tax preparers in the industry. This group ensures that all future H&R Block tax professionals are prepared to successfully complete the H&R Block Income Tax Course and then continue enhancing their tax education year after year.
